What we offer
Three rooms. One steady hand on the door.
You don't have to know which one you need. Most people start with a single conversation and we find the right room together.
Room A1
Resilience coaching
Emotional growth is a skill, not a personality. We help you build it deliberately.
Working one-to-one, we start with awareness - noticing what you feel and naming it, which alone changes how it lands. From there we build a small set of habits that hold up under real pressure: ten-minute mindful practice, structured journaling to surface patterns, breathing and grounding for the spikes, and boundary work for the relationships that drain you.
It's gradual and it's measurable. Most clients track a clear drop in reactivity within the first three months, and the gains tend to stick because they're built on practice, not motivation.
- Self-awareness & emotion-labelling
- Mindfulness and stress-regulation routines
- Reflective journaling with real prompts
- Healthier boundaries and communication
Room A2
Access & benefits navigation
The system shouldn't cost you more energy than the condition does. We carry that weight with you.
We guide you through disability identification, accommodations and the application maze with calm and precision. That means explaining what a disability card actually does (and doesn't), which documents you'll genuinely need, how to keep sensitive records private, and how to ask for accommodations at work, in transit and in public space without over-explaining yourself every time.
We don't replace official channels - we make them navigable. You keep the decisions; we keep the map, the deadlines, and the jargon translated.
- Understanding identification & eligibility
- Document-gathering, done calmly and privately
- Accommodation requests and your rights
- Renewals, replacements and avoiding common mistakes
Room A3
Practitioner training
For the people who want to do this work for others - taught as apprenticeship, not theory.
Our accredited courses run in small cohorts with real supervision. The emotional-literacy track prepares facilitators to lead resilience work responsibly. Our applied-aesthetics track - including a hands-on, certified lip blush program - trains practitioners in precise, client-centred technique, because confidence and care are wellbeing too.
Whichever path you take, you'll get hands-on practice, a recognised certification, and feedback that actually moves your work forward. Graduates leave ready to run their own room.
- Small cohorts with one-to-one supervision
- Online and in-person learning options
- Recognised, industry-relevant certification
- Ongoing mentorship after you graduate
How it works
Four steps, no surprises.
A free, unhurried first conversation
A plan we shape together, at your pace
The work itself - coaching, navigation or training
A check-in to make sure it actually held
Ready when you are
Not sure which room? That's exactly where we start.
Tell us a little about your situation and we'll point you the right way - even if the right way isn't us.
